MÁS BODEGA PROJECT (B2B)
Más Bodega y Logística, belonging to Grupo Iconn (7-Eleven), was established in 1923. It opened its doors to the public as a small grocery store in the city center of Monterrey. Over the years, they have worked on diversifying commercial activities to offer their customers a wide variety of products.
This project is implemented in Adobe Commerce under the B2B model, where customers can make wholesale purchases at different distribution centers within Mexico. Various business rules are created to consolidate prices, promotions, and catalog rules, with internal connections to the company's systems.
Más bodega is constantly growing, allowing for new improvements to its eCommerce, such as web design, user experience, and the implementation of artificial intelligence.
Before the end of 2021, we initiated the redesign of this project on the Adobe Commerce platform. Our client was looking to customize their eCommerce 100% with the essence of the brand. To achieve this goal, we started by updating the Magento version from 2.3.1 to 2.4.3. This update opens up a panorama of improvements and activates new functions.
Work was done to improve UX, catalog, and product rule levels. Additionally, features such as click and collect, smart search, marketing campaign management, automatic response chatbot, and WhatsApp were enabled. All these actions were taken to provide a completely personalized and efficient experience to Más Bodega's customers. Remember that we are addressing a B2B segment where speed and effectiveness are fundamental elements to keep a satisfied customer.
